Upgraded from Hengzhu cabinet lock to Essentra Hengzhu, upgraded from private enterprise to foreign capital enterprise, we”re one month old!  Looking back on this month, we have too many changes, let's feel the changes and embrace the future!  

01 Change 1: Free working meals, dishes upgrade!  

In order to improve the staff's food, the company changed the former Chinese food card to free, and the dishes from the previous one meat and one vegetable to one meat + one meat + one vegetable = two meat and one vegetable.  Now the canteen is: fresh dishes, dishes, enough, good taste, by more than 500 staff unanimous praise  

02 Change two: all pay five insurance and one housing fund, guarantee comprehensive upgrade!  

As foreign capital enterprise, in strict accordance with national requirements, each staff for the enterprise to pay five social insurance and one housing fund, including pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance, birth insurance and housing accumulation fund, it is worth mentioning, now the company the insurance base increased, promoted a lot, let employees insurance limit raised, virtually increased a lot of benefits for employees.  

Change three: new water dispenser, drinking water is comfortable!  

In order to improve the problem of drinking water for employees, the company replaced all the old water dispensers with the same configuration at the airport. The water purification effect is better and the water outlet is faster, so that everyone can have cold water in summer and hot water in winter!  And because of sweating in summer, the company provides each employee with a bottle of salt, gas and water for free every day!  

Change 4: Free charging pile, safe and convenient!  

In order to solve the charging problem, the company has invited a third party company to implement a fast and safe electric vehicle charging scheme. It is expected to be completed by the end of this month. After the completion of this project, all employees can charge their electric vehicles for free.  

Change 5: Work is safer, family is more secure  

Essentra Hengzhu’s concept is "people-oriented, safety first"!  At the beginning of August, the order task was very tight, and the company evaluated the existence of safety risks in bed carts, and immediately stopped production for a week to improve and implement safety plans to ensure the safety of employees at work.  All employees are required to wear labor protection shoes, earplugs and goggles when entering the workshop. The company will open the family day soon, and arrange the family members of employees to visit the company, so that all the family members know that we are working in a safe environment, and our work is safe, and the family will be more assured!  

"Happy work, happy life", the company specially rented a professional badminton court for employees to exercise every Wednesday and Sunday, to improve the people-oriented philosophy of Hengzhu. In the future, we will make more changes to improve employees' satisfaction and happiness.
